sampatel6622I'm considering buying the 16 Grunge Distressed Overlays pack but I only have Photoshop Elements, not the full version of Photoshop. Will the PNG files work with Elements, or do I need a different program?

Yes, you can absolutely use these overlays in Photoshop Elements. The pack includes high-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds, which Elements supports fully. Simply open your photo, drag the overlay onto a new layer above it, and change the blend mode to 'Screen' or 'Overlay' for the grunge effect to appear.
